Overview<\/strong>
When the Colombo Municipal Council\u2019s legacy network began creaking under ever-growing demand, they turned to MillenniumPaths Foundation\u2019s MillenniumIT ESP team for a complete overhaul. Over a focused 10-week engagement, we modernized their core infrastructure to deliver higher capacity, stronger security, and simplified management.<\/p>

The Challenge<\/strong>
The council\u2019s existing switches were over ten years old, delivering inconsistent Wi-Fi in public areas and frequent downtime in back-office systems. Network traffic was flat-out, support tickets were spiking by 15% quarter-over-quarter, and IT staff lacked real-time visibility into root-cause issues.<\/p>
